Planning & Research
Every LEVEGH model begins with exhaustive research. We select the exact variant, gather original blueprints, archival photos, and 3D scans when needed, then analyze every mechanical and aesthetic detail to ensure absolute fidelity.
Design & Scale Conversion
Translating a full-size icon to 1/8th scale blends calculation and creativity. We convert every dimension into detailed CAD blueprints, then decide which components to cast, machine or hand-craft preserving both structural integrity and visual authenticity.
Material Selection
Luxury hinges on perfect materials. For each of the 1 500–2 000 parts, we choose from resins, metals (aluminum, brass), woods, rubbers, leathers and fine textiles, selecting adhesives, pigments and finishes that highlight every surface with unmatched elegance.
Subsystem Assembly
More than mere assembly, this is orchestration. We pre-fit bodywork to chassis, install engine and drivetrain, and fine-tune doors, hoods and trunks for seamless operation. Interiors are dry-fitted to guarantee every element nests and moves with flawless precision.
Surface Preparation
Before a single brush touches paint, each part is primed, filled and sanded often through multiple cycles, until glass-smooth. Masking guides are traced with surgical care and panel gaps measured, forging a perfect canvas for subsequent finishing.
